Eco Yoga
Eco Yoga is based on the four elements of earth, water, fire and air integrating hatha, restorative and therapeutic yoga, serving as a foundation for healing our body-mind-soul relationship as well as our separation between both the physical and spiritual aspects of who we are. These teachings will help us to also understand how our lives are reflected back to us from our environment, recognizing the mirror or reflection of one another. This style of yoga has a strong focus on strengthening our body and mind awareness, helping us to slow down, experience the moment and allow the body to deepen and relax into each posture as we begin to accept and honour who we are. It also teaches the importance of taking yoga off the mat, integrating it into your life and recognizing it as an opportunity to become more present and mindful with yourself and others as you bring awareness to each and every moment, breath, conversation and action.
