Thai Yoga
Massage integrates acupressure (shiatsu &
reflexology) along with slow, rhythmic, gentle rocking, and assisted yoga postures to create a unique form of body therapy. This style of massage
therapy strengthens
awareness of the body and encourages the body to heal itself byreleasing muscle
tension or tightness, increasing flexibility and circulation, strengthening the
immune system, detoxifying the body, balancing the body's energy flow, restoring
mobility and addressing physical symptoms and illness. It is performed on a
floor mat, with the recipient wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
